🧑‍💻 ABOUT THE JOB

As a senior data engineer:

• Most of the time, you will work in a project context in close collaboration with the Tropos team and with the customer;

• Together with your colleagues and our technology partners, you translate business questions into solid technical solutions that work for the customer;

• You support, facilitate and coördinate a small team of data engineers (1 up to 4) on your project(s) so that they can build and deliver good data solutions;

• You communicate and follow up on progress with the team and the customer in an Agile way (think sprint cycles, demos, …);

• You manage and signal risk & data compliance issues and you align stakeholders;

• You contribute to and work on internal R&D development tracks.

• Basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g. Python, SQL, Scala, GOlang, HCL)

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in STEM or a natural affinity for logical thinking.
