You:

• Are a planner and a diplomatic people person with a solid technical data background

• Get energy from managing smaller or larger projects in a way that works for both the customer and our own data engineers

• Preferably already have some experience in translating business questions into well-tailored, clear, and realistic proposals and then into a roadmap

• Understand client priorities, help steer on those, and can translate them to team

• Breathe agile and love continuous improvement

• Preferably already had a first experience in managing the scope and budget of a project and the billability of the people working on it

🧑‍💻 ABOUT THE JOB

You:

• Are the project/account manager of one larger or a few smaller projects

• Translate business questions into well-tailored, clear, and realistic proposals and later on into a roadmap

• Are the first point of contact for both the customer and the Tropos team working on the project(s) assigned to you

• Follow up on progress and manage risk, scope, budget, and billability

• Coach and manage all stakeholders to ensure timely and qualitative delivery of the project

• Spot and act upon commercial opportunities as an accountable and quality-focused trusted advisor
