ABOUT US


What we do


We design and build solid end-to-end data analytics solutions that help our clients make data-driven decisions. This by combining the latest cutting-edge technologies such as Snowflake, dbt Labs, and Amazon Web Services. Our continued focus on innovation and automation allows us to significantly speed up certain data migration processes along the way.

Next to that we also offer strategic advice to clients about cost- & quality management when they consider scaling up data analytics solutions throughout the company.

Onboarding


We have an onboarding plan for new employees that includes:

  • You being assigned to a buddy as your go-to-person during your first 3 months working for Tropos

  • A technical takeoff program that introduces you to the technologies we mainly work with and how we use them (+- 4 weeks)

  • A teamlead that follows up on your progress and well-being within the company

  • Monthly learning snacks where knowledge is shared between colleagues

  • Quarterly meetings to stay up-to-date with what is happening in the company
