ABOUT THE JOB

As a Data Analytics Consultant, you help build the data foundations that power analytics, reporting, and AI-driven decision-making for our clients.

This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to grow in the world of modern data platforms and analytics consulting. You will start with a structured onboarding and training program and gradually develop into a specialist within the modern data stack.

Within this role, you can develop your expertise in one of two directions:

Data Engineering Focus

You design and implement the data infrastructure that enables analytics and AI. You build pipelines and transformation logic that collect, structure, and deliver reliable datasets for business users and analysts.

Business Focus (BI & Analytics)

You work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions. You help design analytical models, dashboards, and data products that make insights accessible and actionable for decision-makers.

Regardless of your focus, you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, collaborating with colleagues and clients to deliver end-to-end data analytics solutions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with experienced colleagues, you will gradually learn to:

  • Build and maintain modern data pipelines and transformation workflows.

  • Work with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data tools such as Snowflake, dbt, or Databricks.

  • Support the migration of legacy data environments to modern cloud architectures.

  • Design clean and reliable datasets that enable analytics, BI, and AI use cases.

  • Develop data models that support reporting and self-service analytics.

  • Translate business questions into analytical solutions and dashboards.

  • Collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Document solutions so they remain understandable and maintainable.

  • Continuously learn and apply new tools, technologies, and best practices in the modern data ecosystem.

Job requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Eager to learn

  • An analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex puzzles

  • A team player with a growth mindset—for both self and others

  • Passionate about technology and people, and able to communicate effectively with both with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Additional skills that are a plus:

  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies, data modeling, machine learning, AI, dashboarding

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python

  • Fluent in English (Dutch and French are a plus; other languages are a bonus)
